For small cavities that we can dectect early via advance exam procedures, Air abrasion (shotless drill-less) dentistry is indicated. We can make very small white fillings, comfortable fillings, and without shots or drills. This is good for painless adult dentistry, and obviously good for painless childrens dentistry.
